Voters in the state of Oregon passed Measure 67 in 1998, which permitted the posession and use of up to 24 ounces of medical cannabis. Cultivation of up to 18 seedlings and 6 mature plants is also allowed in the state. Eligible patients must obtain a signed recommendation from their physician saying medical marijuana "may mitigate" a given medical condition. A confidential, state-run registry issues identification cards to qualifying patients. See below to find a medical marijuana dispensary in Oregon.
