House Bill 573 was signed into New Hampshire law on July 23, 2013, legalizing medical use of marijuana in the state. The law also authorized the creation of marijuana production and dispensing facilities. Up to 2 ounces of cannabis is permitted per user per a 10 day period, with a valid medical recommendation.
